Our Shipping and Returns Policy

Delivery:

Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., with delivery windows ranging from 3 to 5 working days. Please call us before making a purchase to find out which days we cover your location. Please keep in mind that deliveries only go to the main door; deliveries to apartments or flats go to the main communal entrance.
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, but we charge more to deliver to postcodes that are difficult for courier services to reach.
The following postcodes will be charged an additional £25.

  • AB, BN, BH; CT, DT, DD; EX; FK; KA; IV; NR; PA; PH; PL; SA; TR; TQ. Isle of Wight

If the delivery, exchange, or collection does not take place on the day because no one is home, a £40 rebooking fee will be charged. This amount must be paid before the item can be rescheduled.


Refunds and returns:
Please notify us via email as soon as possible if you wish to return any unwanted items to us. We will always make every effort to resolve any issues you may be experiencing. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the product's delivery date; please ensure that the items are in their original packaging.

If you need to return products because you ordered the wrong size or item, we will not provide a collection service. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
If there are obvious signs of carriage damage when your items arrive, you have two choices: accept the delivery and sign the delivery note indicating damage received, or refuse the delivery. Please notify us if this occurs so that we can take appropriate action.

Damages:
Please notify us as soon as possible if any parts are broken or missing after assembly so that we can replace them.
Please contact us before returning a rolled (vacuum packed) mattress because there are special packaging requirements. If these conditions are not met, no reimbursement will be granted. Please keep the original packaging when returning any items.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. Because everything we make is made to order and we don't keep stock, any cancellation requests made after this time frame will result in a £45 restocking and production fee as well as material waste. Cancellations must be declined on the day of delivery. If the item is still delivered, you will be responsible for paying for its return.


Exchanges:
Please keep in mind that exchanges will only be made on a like-for-like basis, which means that we can only send back the exact items ordered; upgrades and alternative products cannot be substituted.
